Summary/Abstract: The digital transformation carried out in banking and non-banking financial institutions through the use of artificial intelligence and not only is the basis for increasing both financial security and countering money laundering and terrorist financing, with one clear goal – protecting the public interest and preserving the wealth of the population and companies. The use of artificial intelligence as a new technology tool is part of the ongoing digital transformation and its highest form.
