Summary/Abstract: Local and regional governments in Slovakia create community plans of social services as a strategical tool for social area development. The preparers organizational structures include actors of public, private and civil sector. The main goal of this contribution is to identify relationship between civil sector in organizational structure of preparers and elements of participative model of social services community planning. The main method is a quantitative research strategy by questionnaire. Data evaluation we realize through statistical software PSPP. The main results show presence of a positive relationship between variables.
