Summary/Abstract: Artificial intelligence is entering increasingly in all areas of our life and social security is not an exception. This leads to a simplification and automation of a large part of the social security services and an increase of the capacity of the administration. The study presents the progress in the implementation of artificial intelligence in social security system and some of its key features are described. On the basis of the presented analysis, basic guidelines for the development of artificial intelligence in social security are outlined.
