Summary/Abstract: This report aims to outline the dynamically occurring transformations of the labor market in Bulgaria, mainly caused by Industry 4.0 and the Covid 19 pandemic that occurred in 2019. Research has been carried out that shows that digital technologies are changing the other work process and to the required workforce. The analysis is focused on the IT sector, which is the fastest growing sector of the economy in Bulgaria, and the working conditions in it.
