Summary/Abstract: For the successful existence of companies in the conditions of Industry 4.0, it is necessary to create and introduce innovations. The company's culture determines this is defined as a culture of innovation. The goal is to increase the competitiveness of the company. In this report, based on an empirical study among 300 small and medium-sized enterprises, we seek the relationship between corporate culture – competitiveness and related constructs.
