- Summary/Abstract:The Anthropocene, the human age developing along industrialization has affected the environment to an unprecedented extent. For contemporary businesses to achieve a competitive edge and attract investors, it is necessary not only to be financially efficient but also to address environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) goals. The market valuation is increasingly based on other than tangible assets and market participants expect profit will be generated with ethical conduct, the value created for all stakeholders, and meeting social goals to achieve common well-being and a better future. It is well aligned with CSR principles and sustainable development goals, the frameworks of XXI century company operation. In this environment, leadership is a challenge to be inclusive of all stakeholders often with conflicting views. Moreover, globalization demands an expansion of organizational borders and the embracing of a variety of cultures. Technological advancements and innovations demand constant adaptation, improving qualifications of the staff that will need support, assistance, and mentoring. Sustainable leadership, therefore, requires a wide range of new skills and a multidimensional approach. The paper is a comparative study based on research carried out among Spanish and Polish leaders in 2022-2023. Its results provide insight into how a role of a leader is perceived in the two countries EU members and examine the main differences between their views and activities.

- Summary/Abstract:Recent years have seen an increase in the frequency of monitoring reports issued by a variety of governmental and non-governmental organizations. These reports warn that the current business structures are "pushing" the world toward destruction. Because of this, it is necessary to seek out viable alternative models that, despite resulting in an "economic use" of resources, do not impede the economy's capacity for growth and development. In spite of the way that there is an impression of no other choice, there are still confusions and obstructions in the public eye to the change from the current (straight) model of business to the practical (round) one. Considering what was previously mentioned, this paper focuses on development in profoundly keen frameworks, one of the first concerns of the change to a round economy. The authors accept that wise data frameworks ought to advance the smooth (or not really smooth) change to a roundabout economy, regardless of the benefits and cons of the broad presentation of innovations into social and monetary life that are as of now the subject of progressing banter. To support the stated theses, the report is organized as follows: first, an explanation of why the circular economy model is necessary; Secondly, a list of smart systems that could be utilized in the circular economy; third, an evaluation of the impacts of the means taken to carry out contemporary intelligence systems in the business day to day. A Bulgarian example is used for results presentations.

- Summary/Abstract:Values are often linked with nations or regions, and the relationship between values and behaviour is well established. Aim: The aim of the study is to provide a multi-dimensional description of economic values across several countries and to link these values with gross national income, a proxy to wealth. Method: Cross sectional country-level data on five economic values (from the World Values Survey) were related to GNI per capita data (from the World Bank). The relationship of each economic variable with GNI were calculated. Results: Compete data for 65 countries were available. The data revealed certain economic values (e.g., Private ownership being favoured above government ownership of business and industry) are significant predictors of GNI. Other economic values (e.g., Competition as being good or harmful) are not significant predictors of GNI. Discussion: Certain economic values are present in countries where levels of wealth is high. Formal or mainstream support for these values may contribute to wealth creation. Conclusion: Country-level wealth can be explained by differences in the economic values regarded in specific countries. Wealth may increase if these values are endorsed.

- Summary/Abstract:Poor employee health is currently one of the most important constraints in the process of managing human resource performance. This problem is related both to the need for companies to incur high economic costs related to absenteeism and staff turnover, and to the burden on national economies of lost productivity of human resources. The aim of this study was to determine the impact of factors related to occupational risks on the potential of labour resources in the EU-27 countries. An analysis of the burden of the consequences of the loss of health or premature death of people of working age was carried out. The trends observed in the analysed phenomenon in the countries of the "old" and "new" EU are assessed. The analysis uses data from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) Global Burden of Disease Study 2019, which shows the impact of occupational risk factors on the number of years of healthy life lost as a result of premature death (YLL - years of life lost) or disability (YLD - years lived with disability). The results of the study made it possible to assess the situation in Central and Eastern European countries against the background of Western European economies, providing a basis for identifying patterns of convergence in this area and for discussing the profitability of health programmes from an employer's perspective.

- Summary/Abstract:The article attempts to assess selected megatrends in the area of human resource management resulting from the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and Industry 4.0. New technologies and automation have been supporting production processes since the First Industrial Revolution (1IR), modifying all areas of the functioning of enterprises. However, together with 4IR and Industry 4.0, the solutions used so far almost exclusively in enterprises went beyond their walls and began to significantly affect the professional and private lives of employees, creating a framework for the concept referred to in the literature as Work 4.0, i.e. work in the realities of 4IR and Industry 4.0. Work in the realities of 4IR and Industry 4.0 is characterized by, among others: almost full automation of activities and robotization of workplaces, work with Big Data, in which employees are overloaded with information. 4IR technologies allow spatial and time flexibility of work, remote work and home office. All these features result in the development of non-standard employment relationships regulating the enterprise- employee relationship. However, new technologies have also resulted in the appearance of negative phenomena in the area of work. Work in the realities of 4IR and Industry 4.0 is characterized by disturbances in the work life balance, constant functioning on the so-called "stan by" and fear of missing out (FOMO).

- Keywords:women’s rights; Colombia
- Summary/Abstract:The rights that women have been obtaining are more the result of individual struggles, with legal recognition, through the exercise of the tutela action and the issuance of the corresponding sentences that resolve them. The historically discriminated woman then becomes a subject of special constitutional protection, in fact, what the Jurisprudence has called a reinforced protection that shows that her rights have been disregarded unlike those of men who do not seem to require, in general, this constitutional guarantee. Through the exercise of the tutela action and in the instance of review, the Honorable Constitutional Court has issued sentences that have generated new rights by issuing Jurisprudence on the issues under review. It is through the use of the tutela action that women have been obtaining rights that historically have been denied to them and that, even once recognized through different judicial rulings, continue to be violated by the abuse of the law by judges or institutions in charge of enforcing the rights, once recognized. It is important to remember that the exercise of the tutela action is only appropriate in Colombian law to protect and guarantee those fundamental rights contemplated as such in articles 11 to 41 of the Political Constitution of Colombia.

- Summary/Abstract:Despite the fact that social entrepreneurship has been the subject of interest of researchers since the early 1980s, it has still not been clearly defined. There are two dominant approaches to this issue. The first is based on social enterprise and the second on social innovation. What the two approaches have in common is the entrepreneurial solving of social problems. One problem related to this issue is an inaccurate definition of social entrepreneurship. An example is Poland, where many researchers equate the notion of social entrepreneurship with the social economy. The above issue, as well as the approximation of the essence of social entrepreneurship, will be discussed in the first part of the presentation. In the second part, selected issues related to social entrepreneurship in Poland will be discussed.

- Summary/Abstract:This document presents an analysis done at the Minuto de Dios University Corporation-UNIMINUTO Rectoría Regional Orinoquía, regarding Knowledge triangle in the programs of the Communication Sciences Unit of the Rectoría Regional Orinoquía and the strengthening of the mentioned at curricular level, allowed by the leadership of processes, the curricular articulation and interdisciplinarity. It discusses the way in which the teaching staff uses academic training to generate dialogical scenarios between various disciplines to favor the articulation of knowledge, as well as flexibility; considering these characteristic elements in the academic quality sought by the university's curricular structure and that allow us to focus on social entrepreneurship, research and innovation policies. To achieve this, a documentary review was initiated to delimit the conceptual approach of the reflection and, at the same time, serve as the basis for the construction of the data collection tool; then, a survey was applied to the teachers of the program, the results were systematized and the respective conclusions were generated. Among these, it stands out that, definitely, communication programs require versatile teachers with leadership capacity who develop focused research processes, rather than didactics in the creation of content -journalistic, audiovisual or strategic plans-, to the generation of methodologies that allow future communicators to create projects oriented to social transformation, according to the interaction dynamics of the different communities, starting from interpretative exercises of local, regional, national and international realities. It is about conceiving how the communicator is formed integrally through the execution of a curriculum directed by the investigative practice.

- Summary/Abstract:The crisis, as a response of the COVID pandemic, reflects on the healthcare and tourism sectors and contributes to the implementation of adequate methods for making management decisions, as well as urgent innovative approaches to preserve the sustainability of organizations in these spheres of activity. As a response to the increased demands of health tourism users, tourism organizations have had to create mechanisms to adapt to dynamic processes. Using the crisis as an opportunity for development, adaptation and reintegration, the management decisions of these organizations focused on creating a complex product and reorientation in the services offered, including climatic, balneotherapy tourism and medical services of a convalescent nature. Management decisions to expand standard sea tourism with climate and balneotherapy resources and offer them in one complex tourist product (with opportunities to diversify through eco, bicycle, geocaching tourism, etc.) are rescue scenarios for saving the stability of the tourist enterprise. The purpose of the report is to present the possibility of applying the Delphi method as an expert method for making managerial decisions to neutralize the negative consequences of the crisis.

For this purpose, a survey of the content of university websites offering undergraduate and/or graduate programs in accounting is conducted. The survey encompasses also information from the Bulgarian University Ranking System. The study reveals that sustainability education is hardly offered by universities, training future accountants. Only a limited number of universities offer sustainability courses as stand-alone courses. The research is limited by the information available on the websites of the universities. In some cases, there is no information on the courses provided in a given bachelor and/or master programme. The study could not ascertain whether individual topics related to sustainability are included as single topics in some accounting and non-accounting courses due to unpublished information on the content of the courses or at least the more substantive topics covered. This study may constitute a valuable starting point for future research on the inclusion of sustainability in higher education.

The effectiveness of the activities implemented in the knowledge triangle is a process based on the recognized need for cooperation between all interested parties. The process of awareness itself is slow and implies changes - in thinking, in organization and administration, in inclusion and participation in various activities - project, qualification, scientific, etc. In this context, we can talk about a practical realization of the concept of the triangle of knowledge. Modern education is oriented towards digitization and related methods and means, because the students who are educated today are representatives of the so-called "alpha" generation. a generation that grows and develops in the conditions of Internet communications, social networks and artificial intelligence. The representatives of the "alpha" generation seek information and learn in a different way compared to previous generations. In this sense, the Bulgarian school should become closer to the children's natural environment through the wider application of various educational models in training. And everything said so far is related to the role of the teacher.

Typically, these codes represent a set of principles, guidelines and standards that aim to achieve sustainability, i.e., a balanced satisfaction of current needs that is maintained without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs (Brundtland, 1987) A sustainability code may include principles and practices related to environmental, economic and social aspects (Elkington, 1997). For example, it may promote efficient use of energy and resources, conservation of nature and biodiversity, promotion of social justice and equality, respect for workers' rights, etc. Various international organizations have developed and are implementing such sustainability codes. For example, the United Nations (UN) has the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are a comprehensive framework of 17 goals covering various aspects of sustainability, such as poverty alleviation, education, health, environmental sustainability, etc. Nation-level organizations, such as the German Council for Sustainable Development1, and supranational bodies, such as the European Union, likewise define values, principles and practices that they and their partners are expected to follow in order to achieve sustainability in their activities; these terms are articulated in specific sustainability codes or frameworks, which include quantitative and qualitative indicators used for registering and reporting achieved sustainability. Many businesses and organizations are also establishing their own sustainability codes and/or codes of conduct in line with sustainability values.

What we bet on is introducing young children to colors, because from a psychological point of view they strongly influence emotions. By developing the emotional intelligence of children already at preschool age, we can also work on forming the other key competencies of the 11th century - critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, entrepreneurship. The ability to read one's own and other people's emotions, not to be afraid of one's emotions and not to suppress them, to use and accept them as a normal part of one's life is the beginning of the formation of other competencies as well. In this report we present innovative activities from the eTwinning project "Magical World of Colors". The results we focused our attention on are for children to become familiar with the main colors, their shades, qualities and properties, in order to contribute to the construction of an artistic sense, an aesthetic sense and mastery of knowledge and skills that would lead to the successful formation of key competencies.

- Summary/Abstract:The publication is focused on researching the emotional health of children whose families have a broken structure (parental separation). The questions around which the research is organized are related to the search for answers: to what extent is the emotional health of children in a family with a broken structure preserved, what is the degree of development of the emotional intelligence of the parents. The tests that are included are: "My Family" test; Palette of Feelings test; parent survey; survey with the children. Ten families who are separated or in the process of divorce have been diagnosed. Testing with parents aims to assess their emotional intelligence and the degree of interest in mental state and emotional health for future professional realization, not only affecting their education, but communication with others and self-image as a full-fledged person. The questions concern: their attitude towards marriage; family values, as key in raising and educating the child; sources of information in case of need or responsibility, as a parent. The results obtained are good and encouraging. When reporting the results, the children were divided by gender: 51% of girls have preserved emotionality, 40% of boys have preserved emotionality, 2% of girls have severe emotional impairments, 7% of boys have severe impairments. The conclusions of the conducted research are that the parents of the 21st century are informed and know in depth the mental and emotional needs of children and show responsibility and concern. Also, emotional intelligence is fully formed and they seek daily information about their own development as parents. They accept teachers as people with ideas and a "key" to the correct and healthy development of their child in all aspects.
