Summary/Abstract: SME Growth markets on traditional stock exchanges have become increasingly popular over the past fifteen years as a result of changes in European regulations. SME Growth markets are an important intermediate stage on the way to listing companies on the stock exchange, as they provide an opportunity to raise funds with easier regulatory requirements and reduced administrative burden.
