Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of the analysis of twenty seven research projects that focus on the use of new technologies in teaching English as a foreign language (EFL). The studies were conducted by MA students of English studies at the Jagiellonian University in 2015–2022. The analysis resulted in valuable material concerning the way new technologies were used in teaching EFL and allowed to explore certain aspects of computer-assisted foreign language education in more detail. The author of the article underlines the importance of reviewing students’ diploma papers, which seem interesting as a source of evidence about trends in EFL teaching and learning as well as a reflection of emerging scholars’ work and their contribution to the community of academics.
