Summary/Abstract: Modern companies are faced with the problem of leadership at the level of departments, workshops, sites and the organization as a whole, as well as a lack of leadership in human capital. One of the biggest barriers to growth is a lack of leaders. In a rapidly changing environment, the challenge is to train the next generation of leaders.
