Summary/Abstract: Modern companies are faced with the problem of leadership at the level of departments, workshops, sites and the organization as a whole, as well as a lack of leadership in human capital. One of the biggest barriers to growth is a lack of leaders. In a rapidly changing environment, the challenge is to train the next generation of leaders. Leadership formation and development takes time, investment in human capital, leadership development programs. Moreover, leadership qualities, leadership skills can be acquired in the learning process.
