Summary/Abstract: Logistics quality can be viewed through a company's ability to provide the customer's required logistics services. The role of quality management is well known and established in various sectors of the economy and logistics companies. To achieve this goal in logistics organizations, it is necessary to apply the principles of quality management, quality assurance and control, and indicators for measuring the quality of logistics services. The purpose of this report is to consider possibilities for measuring the quality of logistics service through the key performance indicators (KPI) and on this basis to build a comprehensive quality system in logistics organizations. The case study method was used for an in-depth examination of a logistics organization.
