Summary/Abstract: The professional processing of video images enhances the communication power of a work. Video effects in audio-visual projects embellish and give life to the stories and events being told. They can add a more dramatic effect to the work and have a stronger impact on the audience. In this paper, a comparative analysis is made of video e昀昀ects, which are commonly used in the audio-visual industry and are available in editing programs. Sophisticated mathematical algorithms, recently also involving artificial intelligence, are at the heart of exciting audio-visual experiences. Knowing the effects and applying them are a part of the symbols of screen art. The application of symbols is more intrinsic to artistic genres, but it is good to make television perception sound artistic as well. Skillful application of video effects at the right place and at the right time increases the communication power of audio-visual production and creates satisfying results.
