Summary/Abstract: The world picture and its reflection in natural human language are presented through the two metatypological constructs of anthropocentrism and anthropicity, which are complementary. In this paper the anthropic world picture, expressed through quasi-subject-quasi-predicate phrases with a 3rd person singular verb and a substantive in an oblique case, dativus cum infinitivo and dativus absolutus, is examined in Old Bulgarian.
