Summary/Abstract: A story from the daily practice of one of the representatives of the organization they deal with humanitarian and social work summarizes several prominent problems of poverty in Serbia. The problem is social exclusion - the absence of personal, family, but and social structures that would support people, which results in worsening acute or permanent situations of personal sensitivity and socio-economic deprivation in which that person or target group finds. Viewed from the point of view of human rights, possession proof of one's own existence is a prerogative for the practical realization of some human needs, and the story we have just seen begins with the violation of Article 6 of the Charter of human rights of the United Nations (UN, 1948).
