Summary/Abstract: Contrary to cooperative relations, and as one of the great obstacles to optimal ones models of performing social work show a competitive relationship in the negative sense and competitive relationship that sometimes supports the offer through healthy competition, but often hinders cooperation due to the condition of independent financing organization of the service. These relationships mark the interaction of public organizations sector with CSOs, but also civil society organizations with each other. While healthy competition between organizations encourages and inspires interlocutors to offer new opportunities for enriching the content they offer and exchange with users, negative competition leads to mutual distrust and losing opportunities for cooperation and opportunities to jointly expand the range of services.
