Summary/Abstract: The report examines the relationship „personal adaptation - organizational effectiveness“. The clarification of key concepts related to the issue under consideration precedes the conclusion that the person is the active party in any interaction. This determines its adaptive behavior. Viewing personality in an organizational context necessitates the modeling of a variety of adaptation strategies in order to achieve organizational goals. An interdisciplinary approach is applied and solutions are sought in the conditions of dynamic changes.
