Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of demographic factors such as gender, age, education, and work experience on the choice of stress coping strategies. The study involves 161 participants, and the results reveal clear trends, highlighting the significant role of these factors in preferences for emotional, cognitive, and behavioral stress coping. Gender emerges as a key determinant of differences in the need for emotional support and the expression of emotions, age influences the willingness for positive reframing and behavioral engagement, while education and work experience show specific differences in cognitive and behavioral strategies. The analysis emphasizes the importance of individual and professional context in the choice of strategies, and the findings suggest the development of tailored interventions to support stress coping in organizational settings.
