Summary/Abstract: This study is an attempt to present one of the latest contemporary problems of Bulgarian society, namely social integration and adaptation of persons with refugee or humanitarian status is granted by the Republic of Bulgaria. The emphasis is on educating factors, and in particular on access granted to the persons to Bulgarian educational system to their successful inclusion and equal opportunities for cocial realization in terms of the Bulgarian state. Analyze the existing legal system in the Republic of Bulgaria on procedures for recognition and providing opportunity for education.
