Summary/Abstract: The paper reviews the harm the organisation`s reputation crisis is, induced by some characteristics of the social medias. Examples with mistakes are shown. Reached is the conclusion that in the conditions the contemporary character of the interactions the social networks are the reason for the increased transparency of the communication and the social responsibility of the organisations
