Summary/Abstract: The tendencies and the early school leaving are analysed in this paper as a problem, which limits and even stops the process of sustainable employment and satisfying labour realization. Here are mentioned one of the main reasons, which lead to early school leaving, as well as the consequences of what happens if the problem is not solved. The educational level at the labour market is analysed in the paper through statistics. This document is also an attempt to made assess the measures implemented for reducing early school leaving
