Summary/Abstract: The aim of this report is to analyze and describe the interaction between management and governance in the transnational public listed companies. The interaction and the connections are examined in two ways. On one side – what is the influence of the governance body on the management and on the other – which are the ways and what is the extend of possibility of the management to influence the corporate governance. The study is based on literature review. It starts with a general explanation of the interactions and comes down to specific aspects.
