Summary/Abstract: The addition of food additives is intended to improve the sweetness, flavor and aroma. The objectives of this work are to determine the content of synthetic sweeteners in some beverages for a certain period (2008-2018) and to check compliance with European legislation. The analytical method used is HPLC – UV.
