Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the 21-st century in Bulgaria live different ethnic groups, whose ethnic diversity enriches culture. However, it creates internal contradictions, which can evolve to cruel crises and wars. As a national state, the peaceful coexistence of ethnic groups is extremely important for Bulgaria, having a direct relation to the national security of the Republic.
