Summary/Abstract: The report presents the problems related to the methodological and organizational support of the newly-appointed socio-pedagogical specialists. The attitudes of experienced tutors on various factors determining their involvement in mentoring as part of a complex program to support the adaptation of young professionals made available. The analyzes and conclusions on the proposed toolkit confirm scientifically grounded recommendations aimed at building pedagogical teams to support pedagogues and needs related to their professional and career advancement in the workplace.
