Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the main point of inclusive education and the fundamental documents related to it. The accent is on the basic principles and values of inclusion which are connected with the concept that all children regardless of their age, sex and ethnic differences or their disability and learning difficulties have the right of access to quality general education system.
