Summary/Abstract: Young Andro, born in Meshketi, Ivria, knows the suffering of slavery at a very early age, but his soul construction recommends him for the missionary service of the Church by word and deed. Dosithei, Patriarch of Jerusalem, paid for the purchase of this young slave, but freed him, making him a monk named Antim, and introduced him very quickly into the patriarchal protocol. But shortly thereafter, Antim learned the art of the printing house and cared for the words of the holy books of the Church that he brought to the Romanian churches and not only.
