Summary/Abstract: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. (Art. 1, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Art. 6, Paragraph 2). According to Art. 6, paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria there shall be no privileges or restriction of rights on the grounds of race, nationality, ethnic self-identity, sex, origin, religion, education, opinion, political affiliation, personal or social status or property status. The grounds for non-discrimination turn equality into a politically easy to misuse category into an objectively recognizable value. On the other hand Equality of Differences often capitalize on these differences. This is a logical result of the current protection against discrimination.
