Summary/Abstract: In the report here after an analysis of the judicial practice in the courts in the Republic of Bulgaria on the penalties, imposed by penal decrees, regulated by the administrative- penalty provisions of the Act on Wine and Alcoholic Beverages has been made, some problems in applying those provisions have been identified and some conclusions regarding the specific problems in the administrative-penalty provisions formulation in the act have been drawn, as well as some proposals de lege ferenda upon admission of a new law have been submitted.
