Summary/Abstract: In the article is made an overview of the current administrative legislation in Bulgaria. Based on the legal analysis of the actual regulatory framework in the area of the administrative law some main tendencies in the development of this important law branch are brought out. The administrative legislation is normative regulator not only of the state governance, but also of the economic activity, that is why its clarification is in connection to the economic relations.
