Summary/Abstract: The financial sector is undoubtedly a major impact on the economic development of regions. It cannot forget the influence of the state, and particularly the state budget subsidies from the European Union, from which also financed numerous municipal projects, regional development, but the effect of the financial sector is indispensable. For support for regional development of the financial sector (especially banks) must be considered not only the provision of funds in the form of loans to municipalities directly, but also ensure that payments and other financial services to municipalities and last but not least, for the further development of business activities, which are then reflected in developing regions.
