Summary/Abstract: In the present study the concept of smuggling and tobacco products was analyzed. The relationships and relationships between the two concepts are indicated. The main issues and challenges of smuggling and illegal trade are characterized. Measures have been proposed to improve countering smuggling and illicit trade in tobacco products.
