Summary/Abstract: Implementation of projects under rural development programs (RDP) is aimed at addressing a wide range of problems in agricultural production, environmental protection and the improvement of quality of life and employment. Despite the uniqueness of each project, in circumstances research and subsequent analysis can be displayed some common elements and consistency in the preparation and implementation. The purpose of this publication is to present a generalized model of algorithm implementation of projects under the RDP to be used successfully by potential and current beneficiaries.
