Summary/Abstract: Every child has the right to be understood and supported in the act of learning. They are different in their developmental rhythms, learning styles, their individual features. But the fact that they come from disadvantaged environments from a territorial, socio-economic and demographic point of view should not be an obstacle in their development and self-development. In these areas, schools and classes with predominantly multigrade teaching are maintained. This type of education means working simultaneously with two, three, four or even five classes, depending on the number of students. Multigrade teaching trains the teacher in a more complicated didactic activity, harmoniously combining the direct activity with the independent activity of the students, gradually and according to well-organized psycho-pedagogical principles, but it does not exempt him from going through the whole curriculum, just like to a single class. In order to give children attending school the same developmental opportunities as others, it is necessary to use the time spent at school extremely efficiently. The experience, professionalism and pedagogical mastery of the teacher will ensure the quality of this type of education.
