Summary/Abstract: The issue of Refugee has become a main challenging issue for European Union (EU) after Arab Spring occurred in 2011. Nevertheless, the subjects of refugee and asylum have well integrated in the EU policies, law and those topics are well implemented in decision and organizational structure of EU. The EU founding treaties and acquis communautaire constitute of norms, principles, values which take human rights as essential one. As the issue of refugee and asylum are considered as part of human rights, EU has always attached hug importance to them.
