Summary/Abstract: Joe Biden has secured the Democratic Party nomination in the November presidential election. During the campaign, he established cooperation with politicians with more leftist views. To acquire the widest possible electorate, he is adopting their demands regarding healthcare, social care, and climate policy. This leaves him a lot of freedom in formulating foreign policy. The ongoing “Black Lives Matter” protests in the U.S. may force Biden to expand his cooperation with politicians representing minorities.
