Summary/Abstract: This study continues the cycle of BISS works "Human capital as a factor of competitiveness and modernization" and is based on the results of a national survey (December 2012 - January 2013), commissioned by the Belarusian Institute of Strategic Studies. Based on the data we received (it should be noted that the topic of migration was secondary in the questionnaire), as well as the available results of other public opinion studies on the topic of migration, BISS offers several preliminary conclusions.
