Summary/Abstract: The topic of the third analysis of the VPI is the readiness of Bosnia and Herzegovina. society and the capacity of BiH institutions to continue the joining process, popularly called - European integration. We chose this topic because of its topicality and importance for all our readers and society as a whole. Although we already decided in June 2005 to devote one analysis to this topic, and announced it in our first analysis, we decided to wait a little longer. Actuality of the official start of negotiations on the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) on November 25, 2005. she invited us to focus on the weaknesses with which we enter this important process, the good sides of our preparations, but also the challenges that force us to take responsibility.
