Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the legal position of the judiciary in the system of government of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the lower the political-territorial units. The analysis presents a normative framework for the organization and functioning of HJPC the domain naming of the judiciary. In the analysis I put forward the view that HJPC's own normative acts prescribed insufficiently transparent procedure, which has not significantly improved or amended this acts. I critically commented on the appointment of holders of prosecutorial functions by the legislative authority. The analysis also includes some suggestions for reform de lege ferenda.
