Summary/Abstract: This analysis treats the problem of referendum in Bosnia and Herzegovina, what can be and what should be a subject of referendum question on different level of authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In that sense, normative solutions on level of authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina, entities, cantons and unit of local self-government are analisied. Special review is made on Brčko district of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In analysis are shown some solutions in states in region, that matters referendum.
