Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the author analyzes the representation of elements of the normative content of human right to water in the legislation of the Republic of Croatia de lege lata, reflecting the representation of these elements in EU law and the legal position of the European Court of Human Rights in relation to violations of human right to water. The author proposes de lege ferenda the legal regulation of the measure of the limitation or the suspension of the supply of water services in Croatian legislation in accordance with the normative content of human right to water and proposes the constitution of human rights on water.
