Summary/Abstract: The Spanish Socialist Workers Party (PSOE) won the early parliamentary, regional, and European elections in Spain. However, the party needs the support of other parties to establish a government. PSOE wants to create a minority government accepted by a broad political spectrum. Negotiations have been ongoing since May. There is also the possibility of a coalition with the liberal Ciudadanos or the leftist Unidas Podemos (UP) and regional parties. In every scenario, Spain will maintain its European policy.
