The world of dance has been influenced by the artistic revolutions of early 20th century. The performances of that period rejected the artificially elaborated technical constructions which limit the evolution of dancers, promoting the freedom of movement. In the same period, appear an avant-garde movement known as expressionism, which will revolutionise the art performance by approaching new forms of expression. Therefore, a new concept show up – Tanztheater. It is used for the first time around 1927, for the choreographic works of Kurt Joos, to identify an emerging dance style within the new forms of expressionist dance. Expressionism opens new perspectives in the world of theatre and dance through the improvement of scenic expression means, by employing new procedures and techniques to create the plot, the conflict and the characters. Dance theatre is rather the fruit of the need of the dancer, actor or performer to assert themselves as a complex artist, capable to embody messages and convey them by using a variety of codes, symbols and movement techniques, than of the desire of the choreographers to engage in a collaborative effort with other artistic fields. Dance theatre performances individualise by short, mostly imaginary moments of dialogue and action. Besides dancing on stage, performers sing, talk, scream and sometimes even laugh or cry hysterically. Repetition is also a means to structure the dance theatre choreographies. Repetition of dance phrases, whether identical or following changes in the sequence of movements in the phrase, adds more drama to the story to be acted out. German expressionism influences are introduced to our country by the work of two Romanian dancers of German descent, Iris Barbura and Katherine Hän. Their experience inspires choreographer Miriam Raducanu, who primarily acquires and subsequently develops this form of expressionist dance, passing these knowledges to her students, Raluca Ianegic and Gigi Caciuleanu

With the Communication from the Commission, entitled "Single Market Act" of 2010, on the Europe 2020 Strategy, the issue of the internal market is relaunched by the European Union institutions. The field of progress of the internal market is oriented towards the digital single market - PUD. The European Union is thus becoming a digital player, which means for the Member States a transformation and adaptation to the information society. A key role in the completion of the digital internal market is played by the Commission, which has tabled numerous legislative proposals since 2010, in parallel with the European Parliament, which has adopted a number of resolutions to this effect. In the context of these regulatory concerns, many questions are emerging about how the digital single market responds to the needs of citizens, businesses and beyond.

One of the biggest risks faced by the Romanian rural demography is the aging and depopulation of villages. With an often-precarious infrastructure, with a low level of education and health insurance, the rural population of Gorj County is faced with a new risk, that of dismissal of miners by reducing the activity of the Oltenia Energy Complex and the closure of the Motru-Rovinari coal mining operations. The lack of job offers, the insecurity of retraining and professional reconversion can generate a demographic exodus to the Romanian urban area or to other European countries. In these conditions, we propose some solutions to revive the economic activity in the area, offering the chance to preserve traditional agricultural activities, to develop rural tourism and to ensure good living conditions for the inhabitants of Gorj villages.

The creations that are protected under “industrial property” are, like other creations protected under the comprehensive name of “intellectual property,” products of human creative activity, the fruit of thought, rational activity, and the result of man's ability to create and to perceive concepts. With regard to trademarks and geographical indications, it is initially noted that they do not constitute creations of the spirit in the true sense of the word and that their connection with "intellectual property" is rather vague, according to some authors, non-existent.

The arts have accumulated forms of artistic thinking through specific language, being influenced by the fundamental aspects of the material and spiritual life of man, representing over time the evolution of his social and individual consciousness. The oldest way of human sound communication is considered by specialists to be, along with the verbal one, the musical expression. The sounds of vocal music were the first ways to make interpersonal connections. Later, along with the voice, the man used tools that mbecame musical instruments over time. In a continuous evolution and improvement of vocal and instrumental perfection, man has created a language of sounds, which knows no boundaries, being universal and understood with equal ease on all the meridians of the world. Conceptually, specialists in the fields of psychopedagogy and the arts have advocated for the inclusion of the arts in the education of children and adults. Over time, it has been found that the aesthetic ideal has influenced the pedagogical ideal, that art has played the role of the author of the human spirit and has been a fundamental means in the evolution of social life.

The evolution and proliferation of new forms of terrorism, organized crime, intrusion and information warfare generate new money laundering schemes to finance these types of activities. Their purpose is to avoid anti-money laundering mechanisms created through a joint international effort. Money laundering is essentially an international phenomenon, so it is extremely important that regulations and prevention measures are developed and implemented in all countries. This approach is particularly relevant for the European Union (EU), where all new developments, including the fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive and the legislative framework for the automatic exchange of information, can be undermined if neighboring countries fall behind.

The exponential increase in the advancements registered across all sectors of the information technology field gave a new, ever-expanding dimension to the idea of protesting against national governments by introducing political activism into cyberspace. Despite the apparent noble objectives, there is a thin line between hacking as a form of protest against the established order and cyber-criminal activity that can cause financial or material prejudice against organizations. This aspect outlines several dimensions of hacktivism which will be brought into discussion. Another interesting characteristic in hacktivist psychology is the pursuit of “digital clout” as a way to measure success: the more notorious a group becomes, the more attention it will get from the press alas the more successful it is. Even though it is a clear distinction between financially motivated threat actors and hacktivists, some shifts were observed in the cyber threat spectrum in the very politically charged context of war, with different groups which had a history of financially motivated cybercrime, joining the cyber conflict and engaging in hacktivist campaigns either on the one side or the other.
