In view of the increasing tendencies of the last decades of the physical deficiencies, in this paper I want to present the role of the kinetotherapy in reducing the deficiency of the lower limbs genu varus: the efficiency of the physical exercises practiced regularly, the importance of involving the subject in the recovery process and not lastly the results of the therapy. Because it is a painless physical deficiency in the beginning (the potential negative consequences can evolve to osteoarthritis of the knee), varus genus is mainly corrected for the aesthetic aspect. The results are very good especially for preschoolers, adolescents and adults (Eşi, 2014/2013; Posteucă, 2013), maintaining the results obtained is more difficult and requires repeated exercises and positions for a longer period. In achieving the desires for the recovery of the genus varus deficiency, kinetotherapy is the central pawn, because the beneficial effects of physical exercise cannot be achieved by other means.The physiotherapist must evaluate, adapt and systematize the therapeutic techniques and methods themselves, in order of their succession in order to obtain maximum therapeutic effects. From the time advances of kinetotherapy, the primacy of scientific knowledge results, which makes the "servant of this field of science and practice a multidisciplinary specialist, trained in the value system of anatomy and physiology, of the biomechanics of movements, biochemistry and hygiene, of physical education and sport. I chose to approach this subject because I discovered that lately a lot of persons, mostly kids,are suffering from this deviation of the spine. The incorrect posture, the wrong positions adopted at the office and the physical activity done incorrectly or not at all are huge factors that lead to deformation of the spine. From the specialized literature, the affection occurs in a proportion of 60% in fourteen years-old children, affecting between 0.5-8% of the healthy population aged between teen and fourteen years old.

Relationship between parents and childrens are vital and essencial in the education of a younger. The consequences that are resulting from a good upbringing of a child are visible in his social behaviour but also in his intimity. Relationship between a student and a teacher must be based on fact, that teacher shall act as a coordonator and a mentor for the steps that student make in his life, as a good person and somenone who want to became a mature person.

The article outlines methodological guidelines for the development of thinking in education. Relevant and productive is the thinking that aims not only to explain the unknown, but also to find the unknown and the unbelievable in the known and the obvious. This is a thinking of a different order, which is first in overcoming the existing boundaries, in “combining of not combined”, i.e. different, not reduced, etc. Its vitality is possible only if it constantly changes, destroys, balancing on the brink of chaos. It is emphasized that this thinking is not carried out in a well-defined way, it moves in agendas and changes in different directions, overcoming the boundaries of outlined representations, opening new horizons of understanding of being and place in it. It is argued that the development of thinking in education aims to move from learning focused mainly on memorizing a certain amount of knowledge to self-conscious understanding of them.

Upbringing and education of children is essential to the development of society. The law on pre-school and school education provides for mandatory training of children before entering first grade. In this sense, Bulgarian language training starts in the kindergarten. In the preparatory group training provides the foundation for enabling primary school students to have sufficient knowledge to carry out complete educational process. The relationship between kindergarten and primary school is extremely important. The children who attended kindergarten and are trained have established skills in oral speech. Therefore, a key priority of the state and society is the inclusion of children from an early age and reaching the complete training of students in school.

This presentation offers a methodological solution for the development of communicative competence of students in 8-12. class in a vocational high school, related to the implementation of an interdisciplinary project involving interaction with institutions, companies, organizations and people outside the educational institution. Its potential for supporting the teaching of Bulgarian language (and other academic disciplines) is analyzed; for the development of the student's personality in psychological, behavioral and value plan; for its socialization; to improve communicative, social and linguistic competence. The conclusions are based on project-oriented activities conducted in natural conditions of authentic communication, and observations made in the process of its implementation.

This article attempts to describe the features of the 'Z' and 'Alpha' generations, whose natural habitat is currently the school institution. One of the common characteristics of the two generations is multitasking. The peculiarities of multitasking as a phenomenon and its projections in the field of education are reviewed. Researchers’ different viewpoints are presented about this phenomenon as their opinions are diverse and even polarized. They vary widely from heavy multitasking to its total rejection. The issue of ultitasking is topical and in the future it will spark particular research interest in the context of online instruction which is becoming increasingly intensive (especially after the COVID-19 pandemic), and the widespread introduction of edtech in the sphere of education.

Kontekst badań: Szczepienia ochronne dzieci są dobrodziejstwem dla zdrowia indywidualnych osób i epidemicznej ochrony społeczeństwa. Obserwowane narastające lawinowo zjawisko uchylania się przez rodziców od szczepień dzieci wymaga pogłębionych badań pod kątem ich odpowiedzialności moralnej za zaniechanie działania.Cel badań: Zweryfikowanie hipotezy badawczej, która brzmiała: Odpowiednio silny wpływ czynnika modyfikującego postawy rodziców wobec szczepień ochronnych dzieci może zmniejszyć odpowiedzialność moralną rodziców za niepodjęcie obowiązku szczepiennego.Metoda badawcza: W badaniach zastosowano desk research, a więc analizę danych zastanych, z uwzględnieniem dostępnych dokumentów, badań i publikacji, i ich konfrontacja z kryteriami wartościowania czynów ludzkich, szczególnie w zakresie przeszkód aktualnych.Osiągnięte wyniki: Analizy potwierdziły, że odpowiednie nasilenie przeszkód (zwł. niewiedzy niepokonalnej i strachu), często na skutek celowej dezinformacji (disinformation) przez ruchy antyszczepionkowe, znacząco zmniejsza odpowiedzialność moralną rodziców za odmowę szczepienia dzieci.Wnioski: Najskuteczniejszym mechanizmem zapobiegania odrzucaniu szczepień jest celowana i holistyczna edukacja rodziców i społeczeństwa w zakresie szczepień i szczepionek.

Scientific (scientific and technical) multidisciplinary project activities for the formation of methodology of security and quality of life through the development of the noospheric education system require studying, developing, implementing and testing multivariate models and characteristics of modernized training system for specialists and professionals of a new kind, which are able to confront the global environmental challenges. Such training system provides the implementation of the system administration methodology of multivariate noosphere-oriented training models (based on the principles of safety and quality of life), retraining, advanced training and training of kindergarten teacher –school teacher – university teacher – mentor – scientist – person engaged in study process. The study takes into account the next principles and approaches:1) noospheric, futuristic, constructive-problematic, situational innovative, energetic and goal-oriented, normative-axiological, culturological, system approach, information approach, synergetic, integrated, problem scenario approach, structural-functional, genetic and morphological, socio-cultural approach etc. as the scientific knowledge of the system state and development; 2) integrated methodology functions (critical and expert, criteria and indicative orientation(targeted), analytically relevant such as heuristic, instrumental, technological, predictive, philosophical, creative etc.) aimed at the prediction, remediation and prevention of environmental risks and civilizational development dangers. These functions include educational and research modules of noospherology, the system administration methodology, equal choice (safety and quality of life), forecasting and modeling positive psycho-emotional development; 3) development of online workshop network to prepare job seekers (holders of educational and academic degrees) out of all stakeholder categories; 4) integration of the multivariate semantics of the higher education institutions and scientific institutions in the fields of ecology, environmental protection and balanced nature management, governance and public administration, pedagogy, contributing to the institutional modernization of cross-border collaboration at the global, regional, national and institutional levels, as well as administrative management of the portability of scientific methodical and information-analytical network of logistics, based on the system of noospheric education on the principles of autonomy, accessibility, continuity, academic mobility, ethics and integrity, health of the nation in the consortium of universities for the sake of security guarantees and the quality of life in biosocial dimension. The modern methodological directions of safety and quality of life research are formulated in the global dimension. The current state of the problem is also characterized in the research. The target component of the actualized scientific problem is concretized due to contradictions, methods and means of research. The novelty and structure of the sphere of scientific research are determined. The author's interpretation presents the definition of “methodology of safety and quality of life on the basis of noosphere education”, highlights the stages of research, proposes a hypothesis of scientific direction, its novelty and provides the conclusions to achieve the benefits of its relevance.

The article discusses the features of the process of transformation of human consciousness and educational culture in the conditions of the modern information society in the context of digitalization. By using such concepts, the theory of postmodernism and existentialism, the authors prove the legitimacy of the explication of these theories on the processes of transformation of human consciousness and radical changes in educational culture. At the same time, the necessity of critical reflection on the processes and phenomena from the perspective of the basic values of human life, such as love, moral values, creativity, is emphasized. The role of independent and systemic thinking as a condition for self-realization is also proved. The phenomenology of modern consciousness, intertwined with the phenomena of technology, is the basis of the existential analysis of consciousness. According to the authors, it is an utmost technological and utilitarian orientation of consciousness. Consciousness today is a reflection of the technological orientation of society and this cannot but affect the educational culture, which is becoming technological. The information space modulates the independence of thinking as a support for authoritative opinions, awakening the needs for material well-being, to the detriment of the dialogic nature of thinking and the independence of thinking.

The results of a survey are presented in order to support the management of the leadership of “Ivan Vazov” Secondary School in Stara Zagora in creating conditions for organizing training and providing support for personal development from a distance in an electronic environment through the use of information and communication technologies in March 2020. The results of surveys to determine the degree of satisfaction and fatigue of teachers, students and parents associated with this school, the preparation for distance learning and the first week of its implementation are analyzed. Distance learning was introduced by the Ministry of Education on March 16, 2020 in connection with the state of emergency declared by a decision of the National Assembly of Bulgaria and related to theCOVID-19 pandemic.
