СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ СРЕДСТВА ОЦЕНИВАНИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ
The article analyzes the educational role of the procedures of evaluation, diagnosis and monitoring. It is shown that the transition to the competence-based model of vocational education has led to the change in the requirements to the methods of evaluating educational outcomes of students. It is determined that evaluation as a device to improve the quality of professional education has an optimal control and measuring value. As a result of the theoretical analysis of such innovative ways of evaluation, as module-rating system, testing, and portfolio technology, a conclusion is made that they are the most efficient ones for transition of educational process to a new qualitative level.
