The results of the experiment dealing with the study of nickel and lead migration through the soil profile have been presented in the work. Special attention has been paid to zoogenic factor of heavy metal migration. The usage of entropy measure to assess the heavy metal distribution in the soil profile has been proposed. The entropy evenness index has been shown to permit quantity estimation of the migration processes in the horizontal and vertical direction. The evenness of metal distribution in vertical direction is more active than in horizontal direction. The soil animals have an impotent role in the processes of increasing of horizontal heavy metal migration.

According to Cas Mudde, we live in a “populist Zeitgeist”. The paper argues that not just the 21st, but also the 20th century is about populism. In the first section I elaborate the theoretical background of populism, which is claimed to be a never-ending phenomenon: here, various notions of populism are analysed; I investigate the relationship between democracy and populism; and I refer to the biopolitical framework of populism (called biopopulism) as well. This theoretical framework will be used to analyse Communist populism in Hungary. I elaborate the populism of the Horthyera (1920-1944) in the context of Communist populism. Then I analyse the case of Communist populism in Hungary (1948-1989) according to the following aspects: in the context of the working class and the bourgeois elite; the biopolitical character of the regime; goulash Communism as populist legitimacy; and the viewpoint of socialist patriotism. The main aspect of Communist populism is summarized at the end of the third section, and I briefly refer to the afterlife of Communist populism as a nostalgic phenomenon. The regimes analysed in this study aimed to govern the entire life of the citizens, which is why biopopulism is a useful analytical concept. The biopopulist framework shows that the investigation of the historical backgrounds of populism is necessary to understand contemporary populist tendencies.

As a result of the developments in technology, the wide variety of human needs has resulted in excessive deterioration of nature. In order to be able to maintain the lives of people in suitable conditions and to look at the future with confidence, one has entered into different quests. Especially, in recent years, environmental pollution in the world and the global issues which excessive consumption creates for the natural ecological balance have led to make changes in production ana consumption patterns of both consumers and businesses. Issues of conservation of the resources, waste destruction in a way that will not harm the nature or their being saved to the recycling have increased the significance incresingly in logistic sector as in every sector as well. In logistics activities, support to sustainability in transportation will be ensured primarily by adopting green marketing practices of logistics enterprises. The aim of this course is to reveal the green port understanding of the ports within the logistics activities and to make suggestions. For this purpose, the relationship between green port and environment was emphasized and green marketing concept was examined.

This paper aims to introduce the characteristics of minimum income protection schemes in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Minimum social incomes incorporate all non-contributory, mostly means-tested social allowances, family supports and housing benefi ts which are available even to the poorest layers of society. The study first introduces the structure of minimum social protection systems in the selected countries, then assesses the amount of the related social transfers regarding three household types – single adult households, as well as single- and two-parent households with two children aged 7 and 14 years – showing the maximum amount of subsidies these households can receive. The categorization of households and social transfers was based on the 2013 SAMIP (Social Assistance and Minimum Income Protection Interim) dataset, which was revised for the 2016 MISSOC database to incorporate the newest social allowances that have been introduced since 2013 (e.g. Family 500+ in Poland and some provisions of the 2014 Hungarian welfare reform).

Response to the types of danger (natural origin or anthropological origin) in the emergence of accidents (natural, technical-technological and other accidents) in Bosnia and Herzegovina is carried out by the forces and bodies of the protection and rescue system. The consequences of fire and other accidents in Bosnia and Herzegovina pointing that there are a number of problems in the organization and operation of the administration bodies and the operational services that deal with prevention, response and recovery. This especially applies to undefined inter-entity and cross-border assistance in the event of a fire. The reasons for this situation should not be solely sought in human resources and the lack of material resources, but also in the process of management and operationalization in the system of protection and rescue of people and material goods in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Energy is one of the most sensitive issues on the security agenda of states and human communities. Because of the scarcity of resources, the depletion of non-regenerable resources and their highly unequal distribution across the globe, there is a need to rationalize consumption and identify alternative non-poluting sources. At the same time, bio-fuels create problems for the environment and are controversial for diverting food from poor nations in the Third World, while atomic energy carry the risk of natural and man-made disasters like the Fukushima example. Great powers but also alliances often draft strategies to deal with access to energy, at the same time trying to avoid typical problems related to hyper-abundance of resources which generate corruption, authorities tendencies and drops of the national currencies. Romania still possess important amounts of natural energy but it cannot avoid dependence on importations and it is highly interested in establishing privileged partnership and co-participate in pipelines building in order to avoid dependence on Russia and get access to Caspian and Black Sea gas and oil.

In the information age, with the rapid emergence of multimedia computers, smart phones and various Web-based RIA applications and AR and VR technologies, the information and intelligence of the education and teaching environment has continuously enhanced. The innovation of teacher training mode and the development of teacher professionalization should be achieved by continuously improving the teacher's knowledge structure and promoting the integration of technology and teaching. To study how to construct and continuously improve the new teacher knowledge structure system integrating information technology, it will become the basic part of the innovative teacher-training model and the professional development of teachers in the new era. The college civil engineering professional education has been developing with the development of the national social economy; the demand for talents has continuously increased. In addition, the innovation of civil engineering professional teaching is in urgent need of development. It is necessary to improve the quality of the teaching team. It is imperative to study the TPACK level of civil engineering teachers. Based on this, this paper builds a dedicated test scale and retains 34 items after screening. 180 data results were obtained, through the collection of questionnaires. Then we use SPSS statistical analysis software to conduct project analysis on the test results to verify the relevance and reliability of the test items in the test scale. Then, we determine the structural validity of the test scale by factor analysis of the test results. Finally, we analyzed the factors affecting the TPACK context based on the resulting data. The results show that the national policy school environment is a macro factor that affects TPACK, and the teacher's self-efficacy is a micro factor. Based on this, we have proposed different development plans from different angles.
