A blueprint for determining the impacts of female labour migration: a case of the Czech Republic

The main goal of this paper is to deepen the understanding of female labour migration in the Czech Republic through proposing a blueprint of a research design that can be implemented in a form of a research project. A special stress in the research design is made on the research of the female labour and on examining how far the notion of risk may be useful as an analytical tool in explaining the process of female labour migration using the example of the work sectors typically allocated for female workers (e.g. cleaning, nursing, retail sellers, etc.). Furthermore, blueprint offers a novel approach to the topic of female migration by enriching the new methodological toolbox by applying the methodology of Mexican Migration Project (MMP) carried our since 1982 by Professor Douglas Massey from Princeton University and Professor Jorge Durand from the University of Guadalajara. This approach would yield a unique source of data that would enable tracking patterns and processes of contemporary female labour immigration to the Czech Republic.

Exploring ISO 26000 and Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI): a neo-institutional analysis of two CSR institutions

In the last decade or so, organizations have witnessed corporate social responsibility (CSR) increasingly becoming part of the mainstream business practice and expectation. CSR has, in many ways been institutionalized as a standard practice for mainly large companies, especially MNCs. At various levels, ranging from individual company level to international level, a wide range of institutional arrangements and structures of CSR have been established, maintained and diffused in order to provide “a logic of appropriateness” and “give the expression and direction” (Campbell, 2006, p. 926) of CSR. However, in the context of institutionalization, these institutional arrangements of CSR have not been examined systematically. In particular, little attention has been given to the comparative analysis of two leading institutions of CSR: ISO 26000 and Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI). Adopting an analytical framework based on neo-institutional theory, this article explores and analyses both GRI and ISO 26000.

International migration, remittances and intelligent analysis of semi-structured data from the open sources (editorial)

With the growing importance of international migration in today’s world, new threats that include international terrorism and espionage (including cyber-espionage) are also emerging. With regard to the above, it becomes important to run intelligent surveillance of the open source data that circle the World Wide Web. This editorial poses some important questions regarding the use of intelligent analysis of semi-structured data from the open sources for keeping track of international migrants and their remittances. The important discussion that arises here is whether it is appropriate to dig for digital information for the sake of national security of Western democracies.

ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ: ПУТЬ К РАЗРЕШЕНИЮ ПАРАДОКСОВ

The article presents the author's original point of view on how the information is always there in time information system. The purpose of this article – to construct a simple model of interacting with us objects of any nature, to learn to understand how and why there are paradoxes, clarify the role of the information system and turn it into an instrument at the methodological level. The article proposes to consider along with the Kondratieff long cycles corresponding communication cycle, leading to an understanding of the global production and economic environment as an information system. We consider the communication in society, as well as links individual. On the basis of the systems considered a model of the bipolar information system in which information is always there in time. It is shown that this model can be used for analysis of the known paradoxes, revealing the reasons is these contradictions. In the final section provides examples of efficient complex information systems and concludes that further use of the simplest model of bipolar information system.

ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ МУЛЬТИМЕДИЙНЫХ СРЕДСТВ В ОБУЧЕНИИ: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЯ

In article the problem of use of multimedia tutorials as effective source of replenishment and transfer of knowledge is considered. The special attention is paid to positive aspects of use of multimedia tutorials: improvement of methods and technologies, change of traditional forms of education and the organization new, learning efficiency increase, formation of motives of pu-pils of self-training, self-development, an operating control and the analysis of the received re-sults, increase in volume of information for a certain period. Are considered to negative aspects of use of multimedia tutorials: turning of social contacts, reduction of interaction and communi-cation, individualism formation, difficulty of transition from a sign form to system of practical actions. Methodical recommendations to a lesson with use of multimedia tutorials are made in full to realize FGOS SOO. The problems connected about introduction of multimedia tutorials in educational process are analysed: information search in telecommunication networks, training of the teacher for work with multimedia means, change of a role of the teacher in educational process, observance by the teacher of didactic requirements to educational process with use of multimedia tutorials and abilities to use them, the publication of specialized editions for teachers, absence of standard and legal base of conducting educational process with use of multimedia tutorials. In article contradictions between FGOS SOO and the law “About Education in the Rus-sian Federation” when using multimedia tutorials are opened and author's changes and addi-tions in the law “About Education in the Russian Federation” for permission of these contradic-tions are offered.

РАЗВИТИЕ И ВОСПИТАНИЕ ДЕТЕЙ С ОСОБЫМИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫМИ ПОТРЕБНОСТЯМИ СРЕДСТВАМИ ИСКУССТВА

This article describes the essence of multi-art approach on the development and bringing up of children as an effective way of developing the emotional responsiveness of intellectually gifted adolescents and children with disabilities (such as intellectual disabilities, mental retarda-tion, autism, hyperactivity and other disorders in the development of emotional-volitional sphere).The author describes the method of the synthesis of three art forms – music, painting and poetry; offers a fragment of thematic planning; characterizes the value of integrated effect of arts on a personal development of the child. The idea of multi-art approach in education is relevant, realistic and achievable. Despite some novelty, it is totally harmonizes with modern regulatory documents in the field of education (including the Federal State Educational Stand-ards of Pre-school and General Education) and scientific-theoretical theories of pedagogy and psychology. The experience of developmental and educational activities by means of arts in real conditions of education has been confirmed by its effectiveness in working with children with special educational needs.

ФИТОЦЕНОТИЧЕСКАЯ СТРУКТУРА ГРУППИРОВОК ПОЧВЕННЫХ ВОДОРОСЛЕЙ И ЦИАНОБАКТЕРИЙ ГОРОДСКИХ ГАЗОНОВ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ Г. НОВОСИБИРСКА И Г. ГОМЕЛЯ)

Just soils studied cities (Novosibirsk and Gomel) found 63 species of soil algae and cyanobacteria, belonging to 42 genera, 38 families, 19 orders of 7 classes, 4 departments. Depending on the degree of anthropogenic pressure (loaded highways) changes the ratio of the dominant taxa of different ranks. Despite some uniformity urban algotsianobakterioflory (Gomel and Novosibirsk), traced some specificity taxonomic structure that is associated with soil and environmental characteristics of the soils of urban lawns. Along with the characteristics of flora takonomicheskimi changes phytocenotic organization algocyanobacterial groups can also serve as indicators of the state of the environment, particularly to diagnose the degree of stress. Depending on the intensity of anthropogenic pressure (loaded highways) changes the ratio of the dominant species, the ratio of life forms and morfotopov in the algocyanobacterial groups. Along with the same type of organization phytocenotic groups of algae and cyanobacteria, observed certain specifics of the dominant species, the spectrum of life forms and morphological types, which is associated with soil and environmental characteristics of the soils of urban lawns (Novosibirsk and Gomel).

АКТУАЛИЗАЦИЯ УЧЕБНЫХ ПРОГРАММ ВПО В СООТВЕТСТВИИ С ТРЕБОВАНИЯМИ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО СТАНДАРТА ПЕДАГОГА

The new requirements for the professional activities of a school teacher, due to the intro-duction of the professional standard of the teacher are discussed in this article. The authors an-alyze the state of preparation of future teachers of biology in pedagogical universities of the country using examples of high schools of Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod. It is noted the great possibilities of the course “Methodics of training and education (biology)” in the formation of competencies identified by teacher’s professional standard. Acquaint with ex-perience of the practical activities connected with preparation of bachelors of a pedagogical education to various aspects of work at school. It’s given recommendations to high school teachers on formation at students competences, providing possession of the organisation of a laboratory practical work at school; to perfection of the maintenance of a laboratory practical work by a technique of training of biology. It is proposed to include changes in the curriculum of Bachelor of teacher education by using elective courses “Use of information and communi-cation technologies in biological formation”, “Geolocation”, “The use of GIS technology in various branches of biological science” that arguments to prove the possibility of rapid updat-ing of basic educational programs for bachelors.

СИНТЕЗ И АНТИОКСИДАНТНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА ДОДЕЦИЛ-(3-(4-ГИДРОКСИАРИЛ)ПРОПИЛ)СЕЛЕНИДОВ

The article presents a synthesis of structurally related series of dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyaryl)propyl)selenides with different number and different structure of the ortho-alkyl substituents. Corresponding 3-(4-hydroxyaryl)-1-bromopropanes, 1-chlorododecane, selenium, and sodium sulfite were used as synthons. The synthesis of the target compounds were carried out via preparation of the bis-dodecyldiselenide as intermediate. The synthesized dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyaryl) propyl)selenides were active in reactions with peroxide radicals and peroxides, hence it work like hybrid antioxidants. Antiradical activity of these compounds studied in the model reaction of initiated cumene oxidation at 60 °C. Experi-mentally measured rate constant interaction with cumylperoxyde radicals ranged from 2.6 ∙ 104 M-1 s-1 ∙ for ortho-unsubstituted dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propyl)selenide to 1.3 ∙ 105 ∙ M-1 s-1 for its 3,5-dimethylated analogue. It has been shown, that replacement of selenium in the molecules of dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyaryl)propyl)selenides to sulfur does not lead to significant changes in antiradical properties of the compounds. However, the study of the kinetics of de-composition of cumene hydroperoxide in acetic acid at 60 °C in the presence of dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyaryl)propyl)selenides and corresponding dodecyl-(3-(4-hydroxyaryl)propyl)sulfides re-vealed significant differences in peroxide destruction activity these classes of compounds. In conditions of the experiment sulfides were reacted with equimolar amounts of cumene hydrop-eroxide, while selenides exhibited higher activity and digested whole peroxide (6-fold excess).

In article is standard-legal bases of innovative activity through a prism of preservation and strengthening of pupils’ health and intermediate results of realisation of the Federal target program of a development of education for 2011–2015 in Republic Tyva are considered. Re-sults of performance of the program of Federal experimental platforms in a direction “Distribu-tion of models of formation of a healthy and safe way culture of life” for 2013/2014 are de-scribed. It is shown, that introduction of skreening techniques of monitoring of health with use of computer innovative technologies has allowed to survey for short term more than half of pu-pils of all age groups of Republic and to receive the objective characteristic of physical and mental health level and physical readiness of schoolboys. The obtained data can be used as specifications for modern schoolboys of Republic Tyva. Realisations of the Federal target pro-gram are summed up and directions of the further work in the field of a healthy and safe way of life are defined.

Fizičko-geografske karakteristike opštine Gračanica

Ovaj prilog je dio šireg teksta koji je bio autorov diplomski rad pod nazivom “Geografski osnovi opštine Gračanica”, odbranjen na Odseku sa geografiju i prostorno planiranje Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu 1985. godine. Tekst je pretežno nastao kao plod autorovog samostalnog istraživanja geografskih karakteristika općine Gračanica, sprovedenih tokom 1984/1985. godine, kao i tadašnje vrlo oskudne literature. Prilog odražava tadašnje stanje fizičko-geografske istraženosti opštine Gračanica u granicama prije zadnjeg rata. U radu autor analizira geološki sastav, te morfogenezu i tektoniku gračaničkog kraja, daje pregled genetskih tipova i krupnijih oblika reljefa, te osvrt na savremene geomorfološke procese, a potom donosi prikaz klimatskih i hidrografskih odlika, kao i podatke o tlu, te biljnom i životinjskom svijetu.
