The paper studies potentiality in innovation and knowledge state with regions of Ukraine that contributes to their knowledge development and formation of economics of knowledge on regional and national level. It determines the list of indices allowing the status assessment in innovation activity among economic players in a region, and that of research and scientific-technical works. Regions of Ukraine are grouped in accordance with the development level state in science and innovation activity. The article generalizes the potentiality assessment for the knowledge development of regions of Ukraine on the ground of the criteria of power of educational field, distribution of information and communication services, and potential in the sphere of science and innovations.

Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz, a Polish writer and politician, fought for the good of his homeland throughout his life. The knowledge gained at the Knight's School allowed for many years to perform the function of Adam Czartoryski, adjutant general of the army of the Podolia region. During the deliberations of the Great Sejm, he actively joined in the efforts to strengthen the army of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. He took an active part in the battles in defense of the Constitution of May 3. Niemcewicz demonstrated the greatest military activity during the Kościuszko Uprising as Tadeusz Kosciuszko's adjutant. His memories of these events seem to be an important source for learning the final act of the history of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The author with high professionalism and accuracy describes the events that took place then.

The study takes up a significant problem which is the relationship between philosophy, science and art. Nowadays, the method of communication is an extremely important element in science, philosophy and art. Therefore, the interaction of all aspects of intellectual life – science, philosophy and art – allows us to find new spaces for the development of human thought. It should be noted that philosophy, science and art differ from one another depending on the subject, but also the means by which they reflect, transform and express the world. In a sense, art, like philosophy, reveals reality in its relation to man and presents man, his spiritual world and relationships between people in their interaction with the world. Man, as history shows, transforms the reality that exists around him using such tools as work, art and philosophy. By observing the coexistence of philosophy and art, the question arises as to how much the artistic element needs a philosophical subsidy, and whether the philosophy hidden in space illegible for contemporary man of treaties does not need artistic, visual, communication support in the way of expressing relevant content for him?

After 1905, no written materials about the process of pre-school youth were available. Also, the years 1906 – 1918 are also not documented, because the First World War and its preparation disrupted both the economic and educational system in the former Austro-Hungary. The name of the famous pedagogue John Amos Comenius will immediately tell us the purpose, why the institute with his name was founded for. Unlike other educational institutes, Comenius Institute educated craftsmen, giving to inmates the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills both practical and theoretical in the field of his own choice. The Comenius Institute was the only one of its kind in the Czechoslovak Republic, it was a nation-wide institute, with inmates in "social care" and minor offenders with the aim of further re-education.

U ovom broju donosimo doslovni prijepis vrlo zanimljivoga dokumenta iz ratnih godina: Zapisnik sa prve redovite Skupštine Društva “Hrvatski dom” Tuzla održane 30. studenoga 1993. godine u Kongresnoj dvorani Hotela “Tuzla” u Tuzli. Napominjemo da je ovdje donesen samo Zapisnik prve toke Dnevnog reda skupštine: Izvješće o radu Društva od njegove Obnoviteljske skupštine (13. ožujka 1993.) do kraja studenoga iste godine.

Časopisi su prvorazredne kulturne institucije, jednako u trenutku izlaženja kao i post festum, tj. desetljećima, pa i stoljećima poslije. Pojavljivanje časopisa dokazom je da postoji grupa u svakom pogledu intelektualno natprosječnih ljudi koji žele elaborirati svoj odnos prema važnim pitanjima svoga bića, kulture, umjetnosti i društvene suvremenosti. Izašao je nebroj knjiga o kojima se ne zna niti će se znati, jer nikome ne trebaju. Nerijetko, objavljene knjige, postale su tek teret svojim autorima. Ali, nije se još pojavio časopis koji se ne pamti i ne čuva kao dragocjena bibliografska jedinica koja svjedoči o bitnom. Prisjetimo se kakve je sve peripetije prolazio Ivan Frano Jukić kad je u njemu kulminirala ideja o izdavanju časopisa Bosanski prijatelj, i, pogledajmo, koliko nam Bosanski prijatelj znači i danas! Časopis Plamen koji su pokrenuli i uređivali Miroslav Krleža i August Cesarec 1919. godine zabranjen je iste godine nakon što je izašlo petnaest brojeva, ali ga niko ne može potisnuti kao bitnu pojavu. Ili Pečat, koji je 1939. godine također pokrenuo Miroslav Krleža kao književni mjesečnik za umjetnost, nauku i kulturu. Izlazio je samo dva godišta, ali i da je samo objavio Krležin antidogmatski esej Dijalektički antibarbarus, koji je označio vrh sukoba na tzv. književnoj ljevici, ostao bi referentan zauvijek. Višegodišnje, dvodesetljetno, egzistiranje određenog festivala scenskih i drugih umjetničkih djelatnosti u konkretnoj stvarnosti, stvara zabludu iluzije o nekoj predodređenosti da ta sredina organizira tako nešto. Suvišno je naglašavati da je riječ o određenim većim i izraslijim sredinama, unutar jednoga društvenog realiteta. U većini slučajeva to su i središta kulturnih i društvenih zbivanja. Često se poslanici scenskih umjetnosti pitaju: zašto se određene teatarske i druge scensko-umjetničke djelatnosti događaju u tim sredinama i stvarnostima? Pritom su ostali ambijenti zapostavljeni. Pa tako se i javnost zapita: žive li i stvaraju u tim ambijentima, neki ljudi, kreativniji i korisniji u obavljanju navedenih djelatnosti?

U dijelu naše stručne javnosti, posebno ekonomista, političara i novinara sve više se spominje sintagma “Odnosi s javnošću su potrebni svakoj organizaciji”. Na Centru za studije novinarstva Sveučilišta u Mostaru postojao je kolegij Odnosi s javnošću u trajanju od dva semestra. Od ove akademske 2002./2003. godine na istom sveučilištu, na Pedagoškom fakultetu, odjel novinarstva, studenti treće godine, između ponuđena četiri smjera, mogu birati i smjer Odnosi s javnošću. Pored Odnosa s javnošću s promotivnim komuniciranjem, smjerovi su još i Televizija, Radio i Tisak. Kolegij Odnosi s javnošću traje tri semestra. Na tom kolegiju studente se, teorijski i praktično, želi osposobiti za rad na ovom području.

Rođen je u Gračanici 26. III. 1960. godine, završio Akademiju likovnih umjetnosti u Sarajevu 1983., nakon čega pohađa postdiplomski studij iz grafike kod prof. Dževada Hoze. Završio je Lærer Seminarium u Kopenhagenu (2007.). Član je Udruženja likovnih umjetnika BiH od 1983. i Društva likovnih umjetnika “18. novembar” u Kopenhagenu od 2002. Živi i radi u Kopenhagenu (Danska) i Gračanici (BiH).
