After the political transition in 1989 in the Czech Republic and Poland, there was a change in patronage over the mutual exchange in literature. Nevertheless, Polish-Czech relations in the field of literature and translation are in a quite good condition. In this commentary we limit ourselves to only presenting the reception of the Czech literature in Poland and Polish literature in the Czech Republic in the year 2014. The Polish and Czech literature finds its way into the consciousness of readers in the neighbouring country in several ways: through the translations of famous authors (books), as well as the translations of plays and poetry.

Plagiarism is becoming recurrent in several fields of activity, and higher education is no exception. Plagiarism is a violation of the quality of teaching, research and university degrees. Thus, in Romanian Universities, professors-researchers are prohibited from any activity related to this institution for acts of plagiarism. The objective of this research is to analyze the knowledge of the students of the University of Bucharest regarding the digital economy of knowledge, the standards of bibliographic references and the concept of plagiarism. To do this, we interviewed 128 volunteer students enrolled in a bachelor's program in all fields at the University of Bucharest. The results show that the majority of students use technology as part of their studies, with over 87.5% reporting that they have taken courses in scientific writing methodology and academic ethics. Students know the definition of plagiarism and the risks involved when engaging in this practice. Lack of knowledge of research methodology, poor personal ethics, lack of documentation, pressure from professors to finish work quickly are among the causes of plagiarism cited. To fight against plagiarism, they suggest the purchase of anti-plagiarism software, the availability of books, the introduction of undergraduate methodology courses and information on plagiarism penalties.

This is a list of bibliographic references to selected articles, papers, books and chapters in books in the field of transport law, published in scientific and research journals and other publications by Croatian and foreign (mainly European) publishers from 2010 to 2023. Included are works published in English and Croatian and to a lesser extent in French and German. The purpose of this bibliography is to facilitate the work of researchers in the field of transport law or within one of its narrower areas such as: road transport; rail transport; insurance of transport risks; competition in the transport sector; multimodal transport; and tourism and passenger rights. Given that maritime law is the main subject of research and scientific interest of the Adriatic Institute, a separate bibliography dedicated exclusively to that branch of transport law is being prepared for the next issue of the Maritime Comparative Law Journal (to be published in 2024). OSCOLA (Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities) rules for citing legal sources are used throughout the bibliography.
