The problem of the taxation of EU grants is an important and current issue. Thisis due to the large possibilities of project financing from national and regional operationalprograms. The paper analyzes the tax consequences caused by receiving grants financedfrom the European Union budget and the state budget. The considerations in the paperinclude: taxation of the grants with income tax, tax costs of expenses financed from thegrants, tax depreciation on fixed assets financed by the grants, taxation of the grants with VAT, the possibility of deducting VAT from the investments financed by the grants.

The aim of the article is to verify the hypothesis, that after the implementation of International Auditing Standards in Poland, it is necessary to perform audit with the use of computer techniques. In order to reach the stipulated aim, the authors performed the analysis of the literature and auditing standards for polish statutory auditors, and utilized their practical knowledge in the thematic area.The paper presents the sorts of information technologies that are used in the audit. Afterwards, asa result of the analysis of the audit process, the key elements of the auditor’s performance, were chosen in order to highlight the necessity of IT tools application to the process. Lately applied International Auditing Standards, as well as practical attitude to the revision of financial statements show the needto apply computer techniques to the audit processes performed by independent auditors in Poland.

Today it is noticed transformation from e-commerce to m-commerce. As a result retailers have to use mobile marketing tools. In this article author analyses mobile marketing tools used by a network of fast food restaurant in Poland. The aim of the article is to familiarize with the activity of enterprises in the area of m-commerce in this market. Sources of information include literature review and mobile webs and applications research. Findings reveal that the majority of the surveyed fast food restaurant used mobile applications. There was a clear difference in the popularity of applications between Polish and global networks. This suggests the Polish fast food restaurant need to improve the action in the area of mobile marketing.

The customer relationship management in the Omnichannel operational modelon the inter-company trade (B2B) market is analyzed. The paper presents the literature studies and the result of customer expectations investigation conducted on the building material strade and construction service market. Omnichannel model can expand the areas of synergy in marketing and sales processes through holistic channels management and customer segmentation. The aim of this paper is to present the approach to customer expectation analysisin the direction of the largest possible consideration of the customer segments specificity incontext of the Omnichannel business model for B2B market. Business model configuration, inaspect of customer specific needs coverage, especially for inter-company trade, is becomingvery important on the global market. The paper presents examples of the strategic role of the interactions between sales channels and their impact on sales figure, customer value and the cost of service. Conducted research allows to conclude that proper customer segmentation and understanding the channels’ properties gives the basis for the effective configuration of the entire Omnichannel sales model, which ensures the assumed operational efficiency and expected customer satisfaction. The research can be an interesting direction for further academic studies and an indication for business.

This article contains empirical study of innovations in the area of sales management in the residential real estate market in Poland. The paper shows the current examples of adaptation of real estate development companies to the changes of their surroundings. The conducted analysis verify statistical relations between the fundamental demographic and economic features of buyers and the perception of the attractiveness of currently used sales innovations.The empirical part of the study use data from the survey conducted to build 10 separate econometric models for ordered polynomial variables. The substantive background of the analyse is the characteristics of changes in the residential real estate market over the last decade (changesin the credit worthiness of households, changes in property prices and average area of constructed apartments). These changes led to increased competition, which resulted in a great deal of creativity in the application of marketing and sales management techniques.

Ecologistics is an activity aimed at the laying of such foundations of companies’ activities throughout the logistic chain of material goods flow that the production and post-production processes implemented are least harmful to the environment. Through these activities, Ecologistics directly prevents all threats to ecological security. As a result of production growth, the surrounding environment is gradually more and more polluted with waste and various kinds of chemical compounds emitted into waters, air and soil. This problem was (in a broader sense) noted in the second half of the twentieth century, when the society grew aware of the risk. The purpose of the article is to present the conditions of operations of a logistically integrated waste management system and recirculation logistics that are important for ecological security. The motivation for writing the article was better understanding of opportunities from implementation of the blockchain. Although the block chain as a foundational technology could make the paradigm shift in many industries its successful deployments are still in their infancy. The scope of research encompasses business to business transportation network for which concept of deployment of blockchain was developed and verified with practitioners. The used methods embrace literature review which was the background to conduct research including structured interviews, semi structured interviews, unstructured interviews, participant and non-participant observation. Supporting the visibility platform with consensus achieving as well as scenarios that follow smart contracts are opportunities within which blockchain technology can help to unlock value in a transportation network,a part of supply chain. The article presents the requirements of the BRC Packaging system with the Lean Manufacturing methodology to detect factors contributing to wastage in production processes. The article describes selected short comings of the BRC Packaging system and compares them with classic waste of the Lean Manufacturing concept. An in-depth analysis of the problem allows for better understanding the reasons of wastage in enterprises. Performance management systems have attracted a great interest of literature in recent years. This is because the use of these systems improves performance and overall quality of an organization. However, it has been also indicated in the literature that yet the companies encounter significant difficulties while designing and implementing performance management systems. With respect to the above, the aim of this paper was to design a performance management system for transportation companies,which could be easily implemented in small and medium enterprises. Such objectivewas achieved through review of domestic and international literature, analysis of selected financial statements of transportation companies and interviews conducted with industry experts. Pursuant to findings identified in a forementioned research relevant performance system was designed and presented in a balance scorecard form.

The article discusses problems of hiring Ukrainian workers and the usage of nonstandard employment forms in small enterprises in Poland. Non standard forms of employment are heavily prevalent in Polish economy, and Ukrainian are the biggest group of foreign workers in Poland.The conducted theoretical and empirical research show that both of the analysed phenomena are nowadays connected with the problem of insufficient staff rather than with the need of lower employment costs. The empirical studies conducted using the case study method in the small enterprise. In this case the specific problems have appeared: communication barriers,problem of shaping engagement and problem with ethical standards of the employment leasing company.

The aim of the study was to determine awareness, frequency, type and scale of occurrence of mobbing in the workplace. After defining the concept of mobbing, its characteristic features are presented. Basic types have been defined and the reasons and conditions favorable to its occurrence have been indicated. The scale of mobbing in Poland was shown. Analyzing the results of surveys of a group of 100 people, of which 73 observed this phenomenon personally or were directly victims of mobbing, it was found that knowledge of the concept of mobbing was common, because almost ¾ of the respondents encountered this phenomenon. The victims of mobbing were mainly women. Fulfilling the definitive premises of mobbing was confirmed in less than 50% of cases of people surveyed.
