This article focuses on the idea of theory of literature as a non-dogmatic and anti-essentialist form of reflection on literature. On the one hand, Jean-Michele Rabaté, Jacques Lacan, Jacques Derrida and Martin Heidegger, referred to in sequence, are shown as thinkers breaking the clear division into literary text and, external thereto, theoretical text. On the other hand, the conclusion of the article, using examples of a few James Joyce’s texts, emphasizes the metaliterary element, which meets the proposals discussed in reference to the aforementioned figures.

These goals may be achieved by implementing a strategy called “Customer Relationship Management”, which aims to identify the potential customers, observing their needs, attract them through a special offer and obtaining their enthusiasm. METHOD APPLICATION OF DISCOUNTED CASH FLOW IN AN EVALUATION OF AN ENTITY OF FURNITURE INDUSTRY IN ROMANIA

Production of furniture is the most complex activity in the wood industry in Romania, is also recognized as the best performing form of exploitation of the wood in terms of value added to the size of a cubic meter of raw wood. Requirements imposed on the furniture products in terms of accuracy and finish processing have led in recent years had a profound restructuring of the management of furniture factories, supported by a remarkable progress of the whole system of machinery involved in manufacturing technologies. In order to ensure opportunities for internal and external markets through a harmonious development, furniture industry in Romania, to take account of priority trends are manifested in European and world economy in the use and recovery of wood as a primary resource materials premium, being a renewable resource. Here are some reasons why we chose to analyze and evaluate it by the method mentioned in the title, an entity in the furniture industry in Romania, evaluated from the perspective of getting the cash flow in a forecast horizon of its activity.

It’s clearly to say that, fiscal policies are one of the most keys in the hand of government that has many impacts in the growth of the country economy. Discussing about the tax evasion of the business and the informal economy like a product of it, I must say that is an current issue not only for my country, but also for all those countries in transition. All of us argue that in any country exists a business pressure to make fiscal evasion in order to achieve more their objective that is the maximization of profits. This seems to be aftermaths by many reasons especially by the economic environment of the country; meanwhile, by the other hand the government has another aim: how to get more and more revenues from taxation which is the main recourse of the financial budget. But , why are necessary the taxes? , Which are the criteria for tax design? Which is the relationship between policies and optimal taxation? How much is the growth of informal economy in Albania and which are the necessary strategies in order to reduce the tax evasion made by business? etc are some of the most important questions to made about the topics .Answering the questions, results an clearly picture about the economic environment of Albania and the things that must to do in order to resolve perhaps a bit the problem.

Lower variable cost systems in general entail higher fixed costs. Each culture or language has evolved to adapt to the local environment. As environment changes, however, different cultural systems may fare differently under new conditions. An analytical economic theory is applied to study the co-evolution of languages, cultures and social systems. THE ANALYSIS OF THE ENTERPRISE SOCIAL MANAGEMENT BASED ON DASHBOARDS AND SOCIAL INDICATORS

This paper proposes a focus upon the aspects related to social indicators found in the social dashboards which are necessary for a good social enterprise management. The formal recognition of the need for social information took place in France, once with the promulgation of the social balance sheet law. It can be considered a dashboard with annual frequency, containing a number of indicators which allow a precise diagnosis of human resources and social aspects. The law of 1977 stated the social balance sheet by identifying aspects of human resources, with emphasis on social indicators. The paper presents in detail the milestones of emergence and evolution of social balance sheet, but also its objectives as a dashboard. The develop of social dashboards can be a guarantee of a good "social health” of the organizations in which they are perceived as a management tool because they simplify the Human Resources reporting and analysis.

THE ENVIRONMENT POLICY IN THE POST-ADHERING COUNTRIES

Analiza uczniowskich błędów – narzędzie polityki edukacyjnej kraju?

Error analysis has been in use as a tool of improving the mathematics teaching – learning process since the 30s of the last century. In Poland, however, this method of developing mathematics teachers’ skills has been shown some interest since not earlier than 30 years ago. Moreover, it doesn’t seem to be in common use nowadays. Meanwhile, with the growing popularity of external exams and all kinds and levels of skills examining, error analysis may not only help with developing an individual teacher’s professional skill, but can also become a tool for improving the quality of the mathematics educational system in global terms. It seems to be essential because the most important tools used in our educational policy – core curriculum and external exams – are likely to reinforce some categories of pupils’ errors and so become misleading in the difficult process of school mathematical education. The above will be illustrated with some examples taken from pupils’ mathematics skills examining carried out within the last few years.

The role of the public and private (for and non-profit) sectors in diminishing differences in preschool education in Poland in 2013. Modified mixed model or privatization of preschool services? The role of the public and the private for and non-profit sectors in decrease in inequalities in preschool education in Poland in 2013. Modified welfare mix or privatization of preschool services? The aim of this article is to investigate the role of the public and the private sector (for and nonprofit) in decrease in inequalities in preschool education in Poland in 2013. It is presented in relation to two different models of reforming early childhood education and care policy (ECEC), such as demand- driven privatization that coincides with the market model and supply-driven privatization that coincides with the democratic experimentalism. Taking into consideration territorial inequalities in preschool education in Poland, the author analyses what influence have both types of reforming ECEC policy on building the universal system of high quality preschools. Reforms in ECEC policy in 2007–2012, according to the most present changes in legal frameworks in preschool education is also examined in this article. Finally, different types of challenges in institutionalization of supplydriven privatization/democratic experimentalism and demand-driven privatization/market model of reforming ECEC policy is investigated. The article is based on Polish and foreign literature, as well as the analysis made by the author in her research project in 46 non-profit organisations running preschools in four voivodeships in Poland.

The paper presents the results of research conducted in the Kaliningrad Region, the subjects of which were preschoolers and younger school children, as well as university students. The values connected with health protection and the process of shaping of these values in an educational context were the objects of the research. The author not only shows the unsatisfactory level of the learners’ knowledge about the possibility of undertaking preventive health-seeking actions, but she also presents components of the learners’ attitudes and beliefs that inhibit the implementation of changes in this area. The author situates the reasons of the majority of the problems in the declarative character of the assumptions of the Russian educational health policy.

Building the culture of a school takes time and effort. The culture of the school is not something that can be left to chance, nor can it be seen as something beyond our control. Having a mission is an important step in improving student achievement. It focuses people inside the place called school on a common purpose. According to Douglas Fisher, Nancy Frey, and Ian Pumpian, five pillars that hold up the mission statement are presented: welcome, do no harm, well chosen words, it’s never too late to learn, and efficacy and reflection. These pillars are critical to building a culture of achievement in school. The author also makes a few comments on some aspects of Polish school reform.

A market model of early childhood education and the position of professionals: a global perspective

The text presents an analysis of global sources of the increasing expansion of the market model in the field of early childhood education, understood as all institutional types of pre-schooling education. The importance of this stage of education for the child’s development – especially in disadvantaged groups – and its subsequent functioning at school does not seem to be questionable in the light of the research results cited. Nonetheless, the possibility of every child’s access to good, public, and free early education is far from satisfactory. Consideration of this issue from the economic, educational, and political perspectives reveals a number of tensions and problems, conditioned locally and globally. One of the key issues is the opposition between the market model of early childhood education and aspirations to implement democratic solutions supporting these wide learning objectives for children. However, the economic crisis makes education in the field of early childhood education require public and private partnership, implemented in the context of specific government regulations.

Through Edgar Schein’s Model of Organizational Culture I have made an analysis of: programme, students’ book, and teachers’ book. I have compared them by interpretation based on the foundation of truth and time (from E. Schein Model). The result is that both school cultures have a similar foundation based on passing (time) and objectivism (truth). Wykup lewarowany – możliwości i ograniczenia finansowania

Most of the means financing buyout transaction usually consist of external capital – in the form of senior debt, mezzanine financing, as well as ownership capital offered by specialized financial institutions. Therefore, the article is aimed at the assessment of possibilities and restrictions of acquiring particular forms of external buyout transaction financing in Polish conditions. The conducted divagations allow for finding out that private equity funds remain the most increasing source of financing. Risk capital belongs to the most expensive sources of financing and deprives the individual investors of benefits offered by debt capital. However, acquiring the debt capital is not simple, especially when the financial instruments dedicated to buyout transactions do not function properly. It seems, however, that the benefits resulting from its application, besides insufficient access to a bank credit will contribute to the future increased participation of mezzanine in financing buyouts.
