Reflections on the evolution of the national and European context in the field of state aid, compensation and price caps

Summary/Abstract: The study of the complex measures needed in times of crisis, such as the contemporary period (pandemic, economic, social crisis) is a necessity that includes the analysis of the opportunity on granting state aid, capping or compensating prices for food, medicine - medical equipment and energy. The pros and cons of these measures are now being discussed at national, European and international level; the optimal ways and forms in which they must be implemented, in the specific national context outlined in accordance with a common framework.
